I had a frustrating experience when I arrived. I had booked a double room but found only a single bed available. The staff informed me that cleaning staff had left early, leaving me without a room that matched my reservation. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no hot water in the shower, making my stay extremely disappointing.
